Everything on Your Kindle
I love my Kindle device, even though I rarely read on it. In a stroke of genius, unlike Barnes and Noble’s Nook, Amazon created the Kindle app so that anyone can have a Kindle-like experience whether or not you own a Kindle. I actually do most of my Kindle reading, ironically enough, on my iPhone and iPad. Next up would be reading my Kindle books on my desktop PC, and then finally, my Kindle. Amazon has made reading on the Kindle even easier yet with yet another Kindle upgrade.
Send to Kindle lets you read almost anything on your Kindle device or Kindle reading app. You can send:
- News articles, blogs posts and other web content to Kindle via Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
- Your personal and business documents to Kindle via your PC or Mac.
- And attach your documents to Kindle using the “Send-to-Kindle E-mail Address,” which you can set up by going to “Manage Your Kindle” in your Amazon.com account.
- Documents from your Android phone or tablet to read anytime on Kindle
- News articles, blog posts and other web content to your readers’ Kindles by installing a Send to Kindle button on your web site or WordPress site.
When you are ready to send something to Kindle, you’ll be asked to log into your Amazon account to complete the transfer. If you don’t happen to have a Kindle but want to read something in a Kindle format, simply download the Kindle App here.
