The software was originally designed for online retail store owners as an immediate way to answer questions about their products without forcing visitors to find a phone number to call in the question or to send an email and patiently wait for a response.
You can provide the same convenience to your website visitors as a service business owner. All you have to do is download and install the software on your computer and it will generate code for you to cut and paste on your site. Then, when you’re available to chat, just log into the software and the icon on your website will indicate that you are available to chat. You do have to keep the software open to remain available, but you can minimize the window so that it sits open unobtrusively. When someone wants to initiate a chat with you, a window pops up on your computer indicating someone is waiting, and then you can begin to chat. It’s very simple and easy to use.
