Time Trade

When you synch your calendar to Time Trade, any already-scheduled appointments you have on your calendar are not shown as available in Time Trade, even though some may be the times you have pre-selected for your availability, and booked appointments automatically show up in your calendar.
I don’t use the email marketing feature much, but I do like the ability to send my personal Time Trade URL to people who want to schedule appointments with me.

The client reviews a custom Welcome message and then chooses the appropriate selection and then moves on to see my availability using her time zone info. I can set up this appointment with a preset list of instructions (who’s calling whom, for example, and questions that need to be answered before the appointment). Confirmation and reminder messages are also sent to the appointment setter.
