Once you upload your video, you will have to sign up for a number of accounts and provide your username and password, or log into the account to receive a token. With the free account, you are limited to 100 videos per month, and also get some analytics on video views from each of the sites.
In addition to general video sites, you can apply to distribute to more specialized content sites and increase your video syndication. And, you can option for a paid subscription to unlock additional features.
