The best software for doing multiple submissions to article sites is a service, rather than a software. I have used the Submit Your Article service since Nov. 2005, and find it to be the best $37 I spend every month.
I like it because it has a great reputation, a "real" person actually reads the submitted articles and ensures that the articles abide by the submission guidelines, and it encourages a reasonable schedule of article submission, as opposed to other services who encourage you to blast the article submission sites with tons of articles each week.
It takes roughly an hour to set up your account. I personally only set up the submission info for the sites that accept automatic submissions from the service.
