Turkey and Other Things
Eric and I had a great Turkey Day last week, although our "vacation" was a misnomer, as we spent the week running errands, going for doctor's appointments, and getting ready for the big Turkey Day. I had taken some photos of Turkey Daddy Eric with our bird, but apparently I haven't honed my digital picture-taking ability, as all of them were too blurry to publish. Sigh. We finally got around to relaxing by Friday, and Eric remarked to me that he had no idea how much work it took to pull off a Thanksgiving meal. My reply? "Welcome to my world, honey!" LOL As a result of Eric's "epiphany", we're having a "no work Christmas" with plans for Pei Wei takeout!
