Locating the 40+ market

Q:  My niche is 40+ in age, considering change or retirement, how do I find them?

A:  Hi Dorothy–

The best way to find them is to do some research/brainstorming about keywords that they might use to identify themselves or what they need, i.e. baby boomer, life planning, life transition, retirement planning, etc.  A helpful keyword tool is the Google Keyword Tool, which will also make suggestions for any keywords that you look up.

After you've figured out the keyword puzzle, then use this great little research tool. Search Automator, to discover forums, membership sites, videos, blogs, etc. that people using these keywords might use.  Be sure and follow links on those sites to partner sites or recommended resource sites, as you're sure to find more sites serving the same target market.
