An Amazing Retreat
The virtual business retreat that I created and participated in with members of my MasterMind Group went exceptionally well last Thursday and Friday. Two of the participants had to pull out at the last minute, so that left two of us to play. We both found it so inspiring and invigorating to be taking control of our future for the next 3 years. I told my retreat buddy that I hadn’t felt in this much control of my destiny in two years–the last time I did a full business retreat.
The greatest feature about the retreat was the accountability. We kicked it off via a teleconference bridge line and reviewed the proposed schedule. The fact that we had to touch base with each other several times during the day kept us both on task and helped us accomplish our goals for the two days. The experience was so powerful that we’ve already set the date for our 2007 retreat!
