The Value of a Good Editor
The eye of a good editor would have been useful to the Arkansas legislature when they recently passed a law making it permissible for anyone under the age of 18 to marry with a parent’s consent. One of my readers with a sharp eye recently pointed out to me a humorous typo in
one of my ebooks. Apparently I make reference to a “brick and mortal”
business (rather than brick and mortar). At least my typos keep ‘em
laughing..:)
