A: Hi Paul–
Because most of your clientele will be geographically close to you (local), you'll need to use social networking in a little different way the rest of my clients do, where they are marketing globally, rather than locally.
I'm not that well-versed on using social networking for local business marketing, so I'm going to refer you to other sites that have covered this topic in more detail.
1. Create a Facebook page. You can do so here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php Here's a tutorial from Facebook on how to create this page: https://www.facebook.com/advertising/?pages and an independent tutorial here: https://www.squidoo.com/facebookpage
On your page, hold contests, give away coupons, and encourage interaction among your followers.
