1Shopping Cart Users, Take Note
I just made an unsettling discovery today with my shopping cart. If you use Firefox as your browser, you will not be able to see any special discounts or coupons generated by the 1 Shopping Cart family of shopping carts when you check out. As I was setting up my intro price and testing the system for my new ebook, Get More Clients Online: How to Get 95% of Your Clients from Internet Marketing, I noticed that I wasn’t being offered the discount when checking out by using my Firefox browser. I then switched to Internet Explorer and the discount was reflected with no problem.
I called tech support to see if they were aware of the problem, and they are. However, they don’t have an ETA on fixing the bug, other than to tell me it will be fixed "soon’.
As a result, for the intro offer for my new ebook, I had to create a special offer page rather than a discount code to ensure that everyone who had the appropriate link would be able to access the special price.
Technology — gotta love it because you can’t kill it..LOL
